AI bought croissants and meat pastries from one of my favorite bakeries this morning. They had to put them in 3 different boxes. Why? The croissants came out the size of my head, not as moist, and the texture was off. The meat pastries were weird too. They said they have been having baking problems for a while bc of the weather. I definitely have too so if your treats have been coming out "off", perhaps it's the weather. Here's a pic of one of the monstrous croissants:

wow

it sure happens

you'd think the pro bakery could get it out correctly though

have the barometric pressure thing down to a science

but they gotta pay the rent no matter the weather

so they gotta put out what they got no matter if the sun don't shine huh

in the land of biscuits* that would be a 'cat head' biscuit

*not cookies, the tall flakey ones

still

makes me wanna go get a devil's food doughnut on the corner

AThis bakery has been open since I was a little girl so yeah they should have it down by now. They weren't completely horrible though LOL.

I am a bit of a perfectionist especially in terms of taste. I don't know if I could've put those out if it was my bakery. Reputation is so important, yet so is $$$$$.

I could use a donut myself now haha.
