Hey guys , so I am trying to make an non-bake oreo cheesecake .

yes , its easy stuff .  BUT ,

what i am trying to find out is ,

i was asked to use 7.2 Oz of golden state whipped light cream .

and i was wondering if using 7 oz of whipping cream could subtitute the Canned whipped cream .

is the conversion correct ?

7 Oz whipped cream =  7 Oz whipping cream ?

meanwhile ,

Does anyone has a good recipe for non-bake oreo cheesecake without gelatin and whipped cream ?

I have a recipe without gelatin or whipped cream, but it does have to be baked. If you are interested let me know. It's very creamy (but not runny), not heavy and thick like a New York style cheesecake.

I'm at work (and should be working) and my recipe is at home. I'll try to remember to post it this evening. My recipe isn't specifically Oreo - it's plain, but you could do an Oreo crust and then fold broken Oreos into the batter.

Numerous recipes (including mine) use eggs to provide the "lift" - hence the need to bake.

In the mean time, you could look at some of these:
