so i've been given an order for a 3d thomas the train cake and one of his other train friends. It needs to serve $75 people so i'm thinking these are going to be some big cakes, lol. i'm charging the client $3.00 per serving so that puts it at $225. However due to them being carved and im thinkin the amount of time i'm putting in....i'm charging $275. Reasonable? too low? i've read on differents sites of designers charging upwards of $4.00 per serving plus hourly.

AHow many hours do you estimate it will take you to complete the order, and about how much will you spend on ingredients?

You'll need to make sure either you or the customer has written permission from the copyright owner to create Thomas, otherwise that's copyright infringement.
