ATry rolling out slightly thicker. Might help stop the icing from tearing.

Thanks Nina, will try that, am i best to sprinkle icing sugar on worktop then roll out icing? Got the asda icing this time, cheaper than regalice and people on here say its easier to work with? Also got my flowerpaste, so when i get time, i shall play lol.

AI use dr oetker regal ice, sprinkle a small dusting on work surface, and keep lifting to re apply the dusting to stop it sticking to the surface.
