AI'm trying to find ideas to combine roses and ruffles in one cake and have spent some time searching for what could be a good fit. I found this http://www.whippedbakeshop.com/product/ruffled-rose-wedding-cake

Do you think this will look good in 3 tiers, without the plain second tier? Just 2 tiers of ruffles and 1 tier of roses?

Also, how do you think emerald green will look in the ombré ruffles? Thank you!

Will also appreciate any ideas/examples to combine ruffles and roses

Here's Wilton's Ruffles and Roses cake:

and I made a video "How to Make tip #127D (giant rose tip) Ruffle Cake" (the Wilton Ruffles and Roses cake).  The link is the photobucket link in my signature line.

AWow...that was helpful! Thanks for posting that Unlimited! Do you think the cake link I posted will look good without the second plain tier? Just ruffles on 2tiers and roses on the top one?
