Is it possible to get Toba Garrett's yellow cake recipe or another that will hold up well under fondant and still be moist. I have read several times how good Toba's recipe is and think it would be my preference.

If you want her recipe you should purchase one of her many books. Authors like Toba need to pay the bills and they do that by selling books - when we copy and paste recipes online for people to use for free we are taking money out of their pockets (and infringing on copyright).
