Hi all, I'm looking to create a store front in north Georgia. I was wondering if anyone was aware of whether its possible to operate out of a warehouse or flex space.

Yes, check with your local health department. Usually the county HD is responsible for retail stores. Regardless of what the space is called (warehouse, flex space, etc) if food is produced or served, food handling rules apply.
