AId like to make 50pcs macarons but I couldnt find the recipe would make those qty. Can any of you give me a recipe? Thanks

If you want to bake full sized macarons, you might find that it is difficult to mix batter for 50 at one time. You would need a machine with a large enough bowl.  It would also depend on your skill at folding the nut flour into the meringue.  

You should consult a professional bakery text to tell you of any special details when you are scaling up a macaron recipe more than 2X. Try your public library, many of them have professional books.
