AI order stuff from the States and have those cutters but can't remember exactly who from. Have ordered from Global sugar art, country kitchen sweet art, sweet celebrations (now called kitchen Kraft's) and from Canada Hilda's Kitchen in Mississauga. Hope it helps.

AThank you so much for all this information. Are they called the same thing in all stores?

You can definitely find patchwork cutters at Global Sugar Art.  I'm assuming they are called the same thing with the suppliers.  I believe it's a brand name.

I'm in Ontario Canada.  Here are a couple of stores:

www.sugartiers.ca       Click on Shop, they have lots of Patchwork Cutters reasonable prices.

www.flourconfections.com     They have Patchwork Cutters too.

Good Luck

I got mine at http://globalsugarart.com. Product ID #18562, but then I got Product ID #28095 and life was a bit easier. I hesitate to shop at Global without a Paypal account because they were having problems a while back so I'd recommend going to http://amazon.com and typing 'fondant butterfly cutters'

I sell Patchwork cutter in my shop and use them quite often. If you go to the Patchwork site they do have a list of suppliers and you might find one in your area.

www.patchworkcutters.co.uk

Please note that many Patchwork cutters are not for use with fondant, and that could be the reason why people dislike the cutters.  They're simply using them the wrong way. Patchwork recommend Mexican paste, and many of the instructions with the cutters include a recipe for Mexican paste.

Have you purchased a set yet? I accidentally ordered 2 and have a set just sitting here waiting for someone to use it. I love my set, If you give me your address I will send you my spare. Happy Belated Boxing Day!

BTW, I was referring to the Patchwork cutters, not the plunger cutters. I just don't like the look of the plunger cutters. Look like moths to me.

Thank you very much , but I have already bought the cutters. Aren't you able to return them? Where did you buy them from? Happy belated Boxing Day to you too :)

I bought them from GSA and love them, but accidentally purchased 2. I was going to return the one set, but forgot and hung on to them. Don't use them with anything other than the Mexican Paste. I tried and that works the best. Alan even has a video to show how to get the best results with those butterfly cutters. I am so glad I purchased them. Good Luck!
