I am going legal as we are just starting the process....BUT my business is starting to boom. I have had 3 people ask for cake quotes for Feb. What I am trying to do is come up with a sheet for them to fill out so I can get a better idea of where they are coming from. This would be for all cake except wedding.

definitely not too pretentious.......also.....let them know when full payment is required!! Make sure you get the money before you hand over any of your beautiful cakes!! Preferrably before you even get started MAKING your beautiful cakes!!!
