Anyone use this yet? what was your results? I have it and its just starting at me, I admit im a bit afraid to test it out lol. I bought it because I figured now i can make cream cheese SMBC. And also to decorate my red velvet roll out cookies in RI
No but I've used the cheescake oil to a nice effect in an icing.
I think Lorann oils are excellent.
I just put a bunch of the LorAnn emulsions in my CK Products shopping cart. Â I'd like to hear your impression of it. Â I've used the LorAnn cheesecake oil/extract in icing with good results but am ordering the emulsions now for baking with.

So update. It does taste like cream cheese frosting. But its still not the same taste as American cream cheese frosting, its no were near as sweet. (which is a good thing) It is strong though I don't recommend using the whole teaspoon as instructed on the bottle. Start off with half. I am still able to taste the difference between real cream cheese frosting and this but i dint think a customer would really be able to tale. (not that I wouldn't tale them anyway) I'm using it for my boyfriends cake though so I'm not going to tell him its not real cream cheese ill let you know his reaction tomorrow.
I use Lorann oils all the time ...I usually order right from the website and it comes within days.. The only one I think I really do not like is the Cotton Candy (maybe I just used it wrong lol).
@Izzy I use lorann oils also. This one I was testing out was an emulsion so I was a bit iffy about it. And I love the cotton candy oil, the kids love it when i flavor the fondant with either cotton candy or cherry.Â
Any updates on the cream chz emulsion?? I have a bottle also....
I had a small bottle of the Lorann Cream Cheese Icing flavor (mine looks like oil, not one of the emulsions).Â I added it to IMBC, and I'm not really that impressed.Â Used 1 teaspoon for 4 cups icing as recommended, and it burns my throat a little, and doesn't really have a super strong cream cheese flavor.Â Maybe it needs to age a few hours and it will be better, but I probably won't use it again.
