Hello all, I have frozen cake batter and a frozen butter cream icing with some cream cheese in it. is there a way to defrost them very quickly. I need to prepare cupcakes in like an hour ???

I don'f freeze batter so I can't advise.

But the buttercream will thaw if you take it out of the freezer NOW and put it on the table.  Give it a good mix and you are ready to use it.

AIf its cupcakes, you may be able to scoop it while its still frozen, and then just bake a couple minutes longer ;-)
