AI need to make some fondant poinsettias for a wedding cake but I can't seem to get them right. I know there must me something I'm doing wrong so I'm asking for your advice. I roll out the fondant cut the petals and form the flower then I leave them to dry for a day but when I carefully pick it the points of the poinsettias fall off. Is there anything I can do to fix this or should I try another way to make them? Thanks in advance :-)

Have no idea what you mean when you *carefully pick it*, but gumpaste (flowerpaste) is absolutely the best medium for sugarflowers.

ABy carefully picking it up I mean taking it from where it was drying (so I could store it ). I'm sorry if I made it confusing English is not my first language, thanks for your advice :-)
