AHey all! I've worked with dark chocolate fondant before and got it pretty clean but sometimes it can be finicky and leave glossy streaks from trying to clean it up... What's the trick here? Should I steam it? Thanks!

use a good quality brush and water icon_smile.gif pretend you are painting a door xx

Don't roll it out on a white powdery substance - try Pam instead :)

The best solution is to use a hand steamer. Don't get too close...about 8-10 inches away from the cake. That should do the trick icon_biggrin.gif
