Amade some chocolate mmf and i the texture good-- when kneading it tears an cracks a but but then when u knead for a little bit it gets super sticky ...
what can i do?

AI'm a newbie when it comes to fondant I've only used it a few times but I think that means you need to put Crisco on your hands while kneading it But I could be completely wrong hopeful someone who knows for sure will chime in
