Hello everyone, I made a cheese cake for the first time on Thanksgiving.  It tasted very good.  The only difficulty I had was trying to get the cheesecake out of the bottom of the spring form pan.  I sprayed the pan with baking spray, but it cracked when I tried to remove it.  I had to served it from the pan.  My question is how do you remove the cheesecake from the pan to a board.  I appreciate any help I receive.  Thank you.

Just cut some parchment paper to the size of the bottom of the pan. It will be on the same aisle as foil or saran wrap is at your grocery store icon_biggrin.gif
