What are the cake sizes and how many ppl are you planning on serving (assuming its round). This might help others to give you an idea??

AOur starting price would be $1160, depending on the cake design it would probably be in the $1300-1500 range. Plus delivery ($1/minute round trip) and setup (also $1/minute, in 30 min increments).

I have $847 before deliver, based on leah's count of 232 servings, but i must have a crappy serving estimator because i only came up with 152 servings

icon_eek.gif That's a lot of free cake walking out the door. 80 servings off!

A152?!! Even 16, 12, 8" round serves more than that.

According to my chart, 16" sq. 120, 12" sq. 66, 8" sq. 28. 214

bittersweety Posted 6 Feb 2013 , 2:58pm

232 servings x $3.00 per serving= $696 + $90 for decorating time (6 hours at $15/ hr guesstimating) + $50 delivery/setup + $30 for SPS= $866

rough estimate. not sure how much detail you were going to put on the cake...

SQUARE! I missed the word square in the OP!

OOPS! LOL wouldn't it be horrible if i showed up at someone's party with a round cake and they ordered a square? I need some ginseng or something!
