Im trying to make my cakes/cupcakes from scratch. I like cake flour but also use all purpose. What is your favorite type & why?
Hi, i use what ever the recipe calls for ,for whatever cake i am making. Again, some call for a/p flour and some cake flour and some both. I just do what it calls for. I am pleased with the results. Some cakers like only cake flour. Again, i do either or. hth
AUse what the recipe calls for. They have different protein contents.
