I will be making a basket ball cake.Would like to know how to achieve real basket ball color and texture on it?What color to mix get the right shade?Thank you in advance.

Brown and orange will get you the color you need for the ball and you can use the end of a piping tip to texture the surface of the ball.  I used a #10 round tip to make mine. HTH.

You could try a combination of orange, copper, and brown :)
