Hi all fellow cakers,
I have just recieved my "Cricut Cake Mini" and have been trying it out.....but I am have trouble with my fondant being very sticky and not getting a clean cut.........how do I make my fondant more stiff so I can get a clean cut? is it the air temp as the last couple of days it has been getting quite warm where I live in Australia.
Would appreciate all feedback.
There are several videos on youtube about using the electronic cutter. Do a search for Linda McClure and you can watch the videos on making gum paste and getting a great cut.
