Looks like your cutting em by hand!!! Or just trim your cake down a tad....

AI always have my husband trim a larger board down while I'm working on something else for my cakes.

Ditto.  They don't exist commercially.

I cut my own from foam core. I use a drywall circle cutter I got at Lowes or Home Depot for around $15.00. It cuts circles from 1" to 16" round. Cut several and stack and glue them if you need a thicker circle.

One tip if you buy this; once you cut your circle, turn the foam board around and cut it again on the other side. It will make a cleaner cut. Once you cover with foil, the ragged edges won't show.
