I have this recipe for a Raspberry curd but trying determine if it would be safe left out of the fridge over night once filled and cake covered with ganache? IE, fill and stack cake on Friday afternoon covered and then serve Saturday afternoon. (Using ganache instead of the buttercream list one the website) It will be Thanksgiving weekend so should be cooler temps.

That sounds yummy!!! I always keep anything with fruit filling in my refrigerator. I do not know if it can be left out overnight. I am sure someone here will answer and let us know.
