Has any used the WASC cake recipe with cake flour instead of all purpose? I use that recipe and my vanilla almond cupcakes are usually dry and tough. Everytime. I used 1/2 c cake flour and 1/3 c sugar with a betty crocker cake mix. it had a really nice crumb. i did that by experimenting so i was wondering how to do it with the WASC.
