Hi I am in desperate need of someone who has tried a white chocolate butter cream icing and or filling for a cake. I tried one earlier today and it ended up down the drain. I tried one that said to use regular sugar. I hate the gritty taste of granulated sugar in it. I want it to be smooth and still taste like white chocolate. Any suggestions..I'm falling behind in time on a wedding cake that's on order for tomorrow night. Thanks for you help.

I just add 6 oz melted white chocolate (cooled down a bit) to my SMBC recipe. or you can add to AMBC.

I just posted about a delicious white chocolate bc that I love (scroll down to the middle of my post): http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=750022&highlight=

I also love (for filling), white chocolate pudding made with heavy cream instead of milk.
I was surprised to learn that even Minette Rushing offers it in her shop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aho5ybvswA&feature=channel&list=UL
