Please help... I have a two tier cake due this weekend- 10/8" and my friend wants it filled with custard for the bottom tier and raspberry top tier. I am concerned with the stability of the cake and how long it will stay fresh. Cake is due Sunday so I i will have to cover in MMF by late Saturday.
