I don't know what it is with fondant but it hates me. Ever since I made my first fondant cake I can't master it. I will smooth the buttercream, and be proud until I get the fondant on. It ALWAYS looks greasy, messy, sloppy, and bumpy and a million other things. I have tried Wilton, Homemade, and even Satin Ice and CAN'T GET IT!!!! If anyone has any tips or practicing ideas please help
