Does anybody know of any cakes on the site that look as if a person is jumping out of it or
does anybody know how to make one?

I have looked through the galleries but cant seem to find any.

Thank you.

Here are a couple of mind. I've done another one, but as that's a topless lady, it's in the 'adult' gallery.

Thank you, this is just what I was after.

How do you do the top where the icing peels back? Is it literally just cut and opened up?

Your cakes are amazing icon_biggrin.gif

There are multiple ways to do it, but the one I use is: cover the top of the cake with a piece of fondant (it'll show once you cut the main fondant layer), then cover it with a piece of waxed paper, then cover your cake as normal. Once you've finished covering you can cut through the top layer - you can feel the waxed paper with the knife tip and know when to stop - then peel back the pieces. Prop the flaps in place to shape as needed.
