I thought maybe I had read this somewhere - can using black to make a gray bc be a problem? Does the color morph into a purple at all or would it stay true? I'm just talking about a light gray....

What else are you going to use? Mixing equal amounts of the primary colors will produce neutral gray, but results will be a more muddy/muddled color if choosing this option.

It should stay true since it's such a small amount, but try it. I think you're concerned about a possible scenario that doesn't happen. I believe what you read was for making black... some colorings will produce a purple or greenish tint because it has more of that color as its base.

Thanks! I just didn't want to make a huge mistake!
