I have just received a request to do a GLUTEN FREE chocoate cake with Labrador dogs! Good Gravy... I am ltierally one week into cake making as a business and I have never made a gluten free cake OR gum paste lab dogs! lol.... Can anyone recommend a good gluten free chocolate cake recipe?
Appreciate the help!

It can take months of R&D to get a gluten-free cake recipe just right. If you don't already have a gluten-free recipe you would be comfortable selling (and the associated processes in place to avoid cross-contamination on your premises or from your suppliers) I would refer the customer to an existing gluten-free baker.
