I took a quick look and I love the front page!
Personally, I would put a more professional looking picture of yourself on the About the Baker page. I was also able to get into the Naughty gallery without a warning or 18 and over requirement. That may be a mistake.
Overall, it's looking good!
Here are some tidbits - - -
*I took a look at your website - it looks great. I don't feel like I have to click all over the place. Logical set up.
*Cupcake niche? So - looking through some of your pics, it appears as though you have a ton of cupcake pics. Do you have a cupcake shop anywhere near? Perhaps you could specialize? Still offer your regular cakes but, always have cupcakes available for pick up daily. Once you get your FB page going, you could announce the daily flavors. Also, if you have some kind of sidewalk chalk board sign thingy you could write them on there so those passing by can see. There are some bakeries I like on FB and they have some wild looking cupcakes & the flavor combo's sound great. I love love love your carousel cucpakes. And, the ones that say just deco are really great colors. Not as involved as the carousel theme but still have an impact. For your daily flavors, they don't have to have time consuming decorations....I've seen a chocolate malt cupcake...with a chocolate cake, a lighter chocolate malt buttercream and a cut drinking straw inserted. Quirky - clever. Fun to buy & eat.
*Advertising - this is NOT my area of expertise. I am a strictly word of mouth small operation from home. But, I don't think you should rest on "your out of luck" cuz you don't have a sack of cash. First - who are you selling to? Once you figure that out, ask yourself where you can introduce yourself & give out some samples AND business cards. Obviously business to business might be tough. Lots of places have a no soliciting sign up. But, I'm thinking if you can come up with some places to take some cupcake mini's to, you can sell them on taste. Make it a weekly thing. There's a local bakery gal who is on the tv quite a bit and she wears a black chefs coat everywhere. Her hair is tied back & she just LOOKS like she knows what she's doing. I know for a fact she's not a chef - but she just looks the part. Show up to these places looking fabulous & being friendly & providing yummy goodies. People will remember.

-Indent on first paragraph, not on the rest, should be consistent.
-You use 'we' a lot, then switch to 'I' sometimes - should be consistent.
-Never two exclamation points.
- There are some full stops without spaces afterwards.
-birthdays and baptisms shouldn't have capital letters. Not sure about Quinceaneras, but I'm guessing not.
-I believe that we are an affordable bakery for custom cakes. Sometimes you want to celebrate a special birthday and you don't want to pay the commercial bakery prices so I offer affordable birthday cakes and cakes for many other occasions. - Cut out all the bold here - it's redundant, and it's going to bring people to you who think they'll be paying less than a grocery store cake.
-The last two paragraphs have different right margins to the rest of your front page.

I have to agree about the picture. It needs to look more professional.
To be honest, I would get rid of the whole wedding cake story and write something small about your wedding cake being less than perfect, and that being the start of your interest.
Also being 100% self-taught isn'ta drawcard for cutomers. they don't care how you got there, and in fact, might see it as a bad thing that you've had no formal training.
Both my cakes and frostings are home made from scratch, I don't use preservatives or unnatural ingredients.

The descriptions for your menu items are wonderful! They make me hungry reading them, which is exactly what you want customers doing, drooling lol.
You are gorgeous! But you'll look more professional (and JUST as beautiful) in a nice apron maybe standing in that pose that your cartoon "you" was stading in. I like knowing who my baker is so I think the picture of you on there is great. As a consumer I want my baker to look like....well....a baker! Not my bff that I'm hitting the club with later, kwim? I totally doll it up though, hot pink apron, big bold flower in your hair, just like the little cartoon you that you had up. It think she's cute and very fitting with your bakery name. But that's just my opinion and I don't own a bakery.

I thought I'd chime in on a couple of things as a caker and as someone who is planning their wedding and having to buy a cake from a bakery myself.
I think this has been said before, but I would change the picture on the "About the Baker" to a professional photo. When I see your picture, I don't see someone dedicated to baking and making my cake special, I see someone who might squeeze it in between social events. JC Penney does pretty quick and cheap headshots.
Maybe try to tone down your sex appeal. Sorry, I know that is probably not you, but here's the thing. You are gorgeous and young and sexy. This probably intimidates some people and makes them uncomfortable. Some people may chose to work with someone who they are more comfortable even if they love your work. I'm not saying make yourself unattractive, just maybe not so overtly sexy.
After reading your "About the Baker", I was left with a bit of a negative impression. Maybe try to make it a little less personal re: your wedding and gloss over the details and then emphasize your love of baking and the attention to every detail, take out anal, etc etc. As a bride, I don't want to know that my baker is 100% self taught, that cakes are challenging for her and that she may go through some trial and error on my cake for my special day. I want to feel confident that baking my cake is what my baker DOES, like they could go whip this thing up in no time because they are THAT good at it. Of course I know that's not how it works because I have spent my share of time cussing at my cakes, throwing my piping bag on the counter and walking away, ha, but since I have to shell out hundreds of dollars for my wedding cake, I want to have some warm fuzzies about the baker.
Other than that, I think you received some good advice on here. You are seriously talented and I hope you don't quit! You should definitely continue with caking!
Just a little update on this topic. Those darn postcard have gotten me two weddings(My First) and a complaint letter saying I owe a certain someone $53.00 for cleaning!! Oh boy...

My main comment is that there is no obvious phone number. The contact page is a fill in that the customer sends to you, and then they wait.
If I am ordering a special cake for a special day, I want to know the company is there and in business. In this 'internet day' when business set up websites and then go out of business, I have no patience to see if I hear back. For me that is a deal breaker.
