I made a recipe for a stiffer, decorators cream cheese frosting here on CC. Of course, I didn't save it AND I loved it. It was different in that you started by whipping the cream cheese while it was very cold, instead of letting it come to room temp. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Use Google. CC recipes do come up when you type in the phrase "beat cold cream cheese". Next time SAVE it.
