Building Cake - How To Make Balconies?

Private clinic/hotel staff requested cake similar to their building. Anybody has any idea how to make balconies? I'd like to keep it as simple as possible. Please see the photo attached. Thanks in advance for any help!

Depends on the size, how many inches is the overhang on each balcony?
