I am baking a green tea cheese cake 2 days later for a friend's birthday and i still have no idea how to decorate it .. Need some help pls.. I thought of pouring chocolate ganache on it but Im not sure whether it will taste good together.
Thin layer of ganache on the top. Slice the cake evenly with a warm knife. Rasperry on each slice, maybe a mint leaf as well?
I think white chocolate would go great with green tea!
