Thought you could help me out a bit.
Could anyone here advise me on the best buttercream frosting for cupcake bouquets? Is there an already made frosting in a tub that's good and will hold up at a fair? How about the Wilton one? I've never tried it but is it cost effective?

Can you look up indydebi"a buttercream on this site. It is very stable. Lots of c/cers use it. Also, i do not like the wilton one in the bucket. I have tried it and do not like the taste either. I think it is too soft also. Some people like it. I just rather make my own . hth Also, many c/cers use sugarshacks(sharon zambito) recipe on this site.
