I would like to know how do I reuse dry fondant. It has been packed in its original package, but it's very had. I have a cake for this weekend and I would like to use it if possible.
Thanks
obe

It depends on how stale it is, if you can cut off the outside edges with a big sharp knife to reveal a nice soft inside you could use that and discard the outter. if its a bit harder you could try microwaving it for 5 second bursts and kneeding a tiny tiny tiny bit of crisco in but it will firm up quickly again as it cools and will be tough to shape. If its hard right the way through its too late- airbrush it grey and use it as a rock... icon_smile.gif
