Hello, I will be selling my cupcakes commercially for the first time at a festival which has a yearly attendance of about 7500. I was thinking about 2000? Does this sound like an adequate number? The festival runs from 11 am to 5 pm the first week of October. Any insight would be great. Thanks in advance.

In my experience about 10% of attendees will buy dessert. Are you the only dessert vendor?
