Seems very daunting! For me, just covering a 3 layer 12 inch cake in fondant is difficult >.<

What are your tips for covering large cakes in fondant? i.e. amount of kneading, thickness, special tricks to make the load easier, etc any advice you could give to a beginner would be very much appreciated (:
