I am putting some cookies out on a table for an open house while I try to sell my home. I want to put a sign next to them letting people know to help themselves but I want it to say more than that. Does anyone have a witty saying I can put on the sign that gets that message across?

How about a sign that just says, "Eat me."

They're going to be house-shaped cookies, right?

I love the house shaped cookies. With a sign that says home sweet home emphasise on the sweet. Or a sign that says make yourself at home with house shaped cookies.

The way to a buyers heart is through their stomach. please help yourself.

How about: "These cookies are for sale for $ (price of the home) and come with a free house".

"Have a taste of what it would be like to live here"
