Need Help With Cake Size/dimensions For 120 Guests

Hi Everyone,
I am attempting to make a cake very similar in shape and style to this;

I'm having a hard time figuring out the best way to achieve the same look while making sure there is enough servings for 120 guests. The cake has 3 tiers, but the celebrant has requested a dummy cake for the top tier.
Can anyone suggest what cake sizes/dimensions for the bottom and middle tier that would work best for this kind of cake?
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read about my dilemma
As is, it feeds 116 (two 12" layers, four 8" layers, and two 6" layers). The celebrant can have the exact same look without the need for a dummy, if 116 servings is close enough to 120. If this isn't acceptable, you could add four cupcakes and they can pay extra for a dummy on the side that isn't necessary.
Thank you so much CWR41 for your help! Quick question, when you refer to a layer of cake, is that a 2" deep or 3" deep for each layer?

It's an average 2" deep layer.
