Help ! Rosettes "swirled" On Cakes?

I keep seeing all of these beautiful pictures of cakes with rosettes on them , top, side etc, graduated colors and all. Is there a turorial to show me how to make those or is it just the standard rosette? what tip # makes the best ones for the cakes ? thanks thumbs_up.gif
