I must create a cake that matches the attached photo

There are no ribbons, beads or other embellishments at the bottom of each tier.

It is perfectly clean.

Any tips to getting that really clean bottom of the tiers?????

I use a piece of acetate to smooth my fondant, it actually will trim the bottom to a perfect finish like that.

Do you think this cake is double wrapped?
First covered in white fondant and then the blue airbrushed fondant layed on to the white?

It looks like it could be and the yellow border is covering up the part where the seam is.

Thanks, that's what I thought.
Could you be a bit more descriptive on how you use the acetate.

If you look closely at the top right of the second tier, you will see that the white at least is not fondant, but buttercream. The blue (and the yeoow cord) might be fondant, but the white is not.
