I baked some cupcake today and then rised lovely in the oven, they looked like the perfect cupcake! But then as I took them out they started to shrink and sink! Does anyone know the cause for this??
This usually means they have not been cooked for long enough/the temperature in the oven was too high or the batter has been over beaten. Also try not to open the oven door to soon as this also can cause sinking.
