How Long To Cool For? Quick Answer Please

How long do I need to cool a full sheet choc mud cake in the pan for before I can remove it??
I need to do another layer and am running out of time! Eeek!

I always wait till I can hold the pan in my bare hands for any cake. Never made mud cake before though.

I have never made mud cake, but with my regular cakes, I give them 7-10 minutes in the pan before turning them out onto a rack. If you leave it too long, it will cool and stick to the pan.

Mud cake is pretty crumbly to get out of the pan while warm. You are supposed to wait until it's completely cool. If I was going to do it, I'd make sure I had a cake plate the size of the cake and be very careful!
