Making a chocolate velvet cake. She does not want the icing too sweet and she wants fresh raspberries. I was thinking maybe a whipped icing? I tried the whipped icing from this website (actually found it on Allrecipes) but it turned soupy and cottage cheese like Don't know what I did wrong. Or would a SMBC or IMBC work well with the chocolate cake? What's a good stable whipped icing recipe? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!!
Oh! I also have a packet of Dream Whip. Should I add that to heavy cream to make it stable?
