Can anyone give me any ideas as to what I can use to cut out my fondant/gumpaste on without leaving cut marks or lines? I can't even count how many Wilton mats I have bought in the past. I need something large enough to be able to roll out fondant for ribbon borders. Thanks in advance for your help!

I was doing my research on the self-healing mats & noticed that they are not technically food safe. All of the mats are used for crafts not cakes. Can anyone else help me with a different type of mat or other surface for cutting out fondant/gumpaste with an exacto knife? TIA!

If you follow the link shanter posted, it takes you to a forum topic with another link that takes you to pastrychef.com... It is food safe. It's for pastry chefs
