I have to do a 3d castle cake for my little cousin's birthday. i got the 3d winton castle cake kit from amazon.com. after reading the reviews it seems like i'm in for an ordeal. has anyone worked with this cake kit before? i'm also working fondant for the first time....any advice to make this process a little less daunting? i'd greatly appreciate it.

I don't know about the Wilton kit but check out the cake boss website. He uses the cardboard from a roll of paper towels.
