When creating a dessert table, aside from charging for all the goodies, what do you charge additionally for the design, set up, platters and stands? I have no idea how to begin to figure these points into the quote. Thank you in advance

You charge by using the same methods as making cake, changing tires, cleaning a house, bookkeeping... it's all the same.... time and cost plus profit.
