In my reply I always tell them "In order to confirm your order, I will need your response by XXX"   That way, I know when I sent a reply I have also let them know they must respond if they want it.   Then I don't feel like I am pressuring them.   They know out the gate what they need to do.    This works real well for me.

I hung up on a telemarketer once and he called right back. I was floored! Cussed his sorry ass out and tracked down the company 800 number, and gave THEM some chewing too. Then my hubby's son let me know that calling back when a person hangs up is practically a cardinal sin in the telemarketing rule book. Who knew...they are supposed to be respectful? Ha ha ha! So yeah, if I tell someone not to call back or message anymore, I mean it. Don't even think about corresponding with her again.
