I've never worked with edible images before. I have an ice chest cake coming up that needs a logo I can't make out of fondant. It needs to be kind of small in order to fit. Can you cut an edible image to the size you need then place onto fondant? Also, it is very humid here, would the image be okay, can it melt?

Yes, you can just use clean scissors to cut out your edible image to any shape or size you need. Just make sure it is sized correctly before they print it out. I used edible images in MD, which is fairly humid, with no problem. Just make sure that once it is on the cake, that you allow it to breathe. Don't seal the cake in a plastic container, for example. Just a cardboard box will be fine.
