Making some awareness ribbon chocolates for Lyme Disease benefit dinner. Is there a certain ration to use for green and yellow to make "lime"?

Using the discs, I normally put the amount of green I need by weight, then add 1 disc of yellow at a time until I get the desired color. Then if I need more I know how many yellows to use for the weighed amount of green. Sorry I don't know the ratio, but that will work.

I myself would use use 4:1 yellow:green. WAY more yellow than green.

I usually start by making yellow then adding tiny amounts of green until I get to the tone of 'lime' that I need. Like Annabakescakes, I've found you need way more yellow than green. icon_smile.gif
